Episode IIIa

Today we proudly present to our constant following as as well as to some novel readers a double feature of our popular series 'Olf eats and drinks everything'. In difference to the previous, today's episodes treat a particular mission, i.e. to obtain a jackfruit-shake on Koh Chang, Thailand. At this point we shall discretly let the cloak of silence cover the details of the endeavor it took to accomplish the mission, and just mention that it involved one mountain-bike, two days of thorough investigation and extensive riding, one fruit-stall man and -lady respectively, the burning midday sun, one smoothie-lady, ridiculously steep roads on a tropical island and several liters of sweat. And yes, of course it was just deliciousssss.

Nicht nur, da ist ausser Opium noch Kokain, Crystal Meth und Gras drin - halt das uebliche, was man hier so von den Tuktuk-Fahrern so angeboten bekommt...

Also ich hab hier schon diverse Koepfe verspeist (und Material fuer die eine oder andere weitere Folge gesammelt - sobald ich ausreichend Zeit und einen zur Bildbearbeitung ausreichend schnellen Computer finde werden diese nachgereicht), aber Aal war noch nicht darunter. Sobald ich die Gelegenheit dazu bekomme werde ich das natuerlich in Memoriam All-Eating-Tom nachholen...

Was war der Anlass für die neuerliche Namensänderung?

Damals, als ich noch ''All-eating-tom'' genannt wurde, im letzten Jahrtausend, da ass ich eines tages eine Aalsuppe in Saigon. Weil ich der Special-Guest war, durfte ich unter lautem Knacken den gesamten Kopf des Getieres verspeissen, mit lecker Knochen, Gehirn und allem drum und dran.
Ich weiss bis heute nicht, ob mich die vietnamesischen Jungs nur verarscht haben, aber gegessen hab ichs definitiv, obgleich auch mit rauen Mengen an Schlangenschnaps nachgespuelt wurde...

Langer Rede kurzer Sinn: Ich wuensche mir, dass der Olf als naechstes die Mission ''Aalkopf'' startet ;)

I am very proud to hand over the "golden medal of bravery I. class with blue-reddish ribbon for jackfruit-shake obtainment", which has never been awarded before to any spider, to olf. May his further quest for even more exotic/strange/disgusting alimentation be as successful as it was in Episodes I-III. Cheers!
